The scheme was designed by CPMG Architects, the development transforms a derelict site on the south side of Nottingham city centre, close to Nottingham Train Station. Amenity facilities include a cinema, gym, games room, library, communal study area, a party room and a café. The building also includes a roof terrace with fantastic views up to the castle and over the city centre.

BSP Consulting provided civil and structural engineering services on the £35 million development that has been built on a brownfield site between Traffic Street, Waterway Street West and Sheriffs Way.
It is a significant development that will benefit future students who come to the city.
