This project involved the conversion and refurbishment of an historic Grade II listed building in the Nottinghamshire countryside to create a specialist residential school for children and young people with challenging behavior. Set in a mature 20 acres, the residential school scheme included building a new accommodation block and sports hall extension.
Other aspects of the development included rebuilding three Grade II listed game lodges, refurbishment of the old bothy to provide accommodation and a new car park.
