Located on the popular Moorbridge Road Industrial Estate in Bingham.

Bingham is an affluent market town located at the junction of the A46 and A52 trunk roads, some 10 miles east of Nottingham and 11 miles south of Newark.

The commercial units vary in size from 1380 square feet to 3010 square feet, all buildings are single storey.

The units are perfectly suited to the small to medium sized business.

The J.R. Shouler Trading Estate Nottinghamshire development achieved planning consent for B1, B2 or B8 – suitable for a variety of commercial uses including light assembly, storage and distribution, trade counter etc.

The units were constructed to a developer’s shell finish ready for individual occupiers’ fit-out.

Each unit includes a WC block, electric roller shutter door, warehouse lighting and a 3 phase electricity connection.

Internally, each unit has a minimum eaves height of 3.5 metres, rising to 6 metres allowing for mezzanine installation if required.

BSP Consulting were employed by Hofton and Son Ltd to carry out engineering consultancy services.

BSP completed a transport statement, preliminary access design, an environmental noise assessment, flood risk assessment and drainage strategy along with structural foundations and steelwork design.

Substructure design in dealing with variable ground conditions across the site was a structural engineering challenge.

Whilst the civil engineers had shallow drainage outfalls, a tight site, and needed to work around legacy infrastructure.
