BSP Consulting provided a range of services in support of plans for an apartment scheme for the over 55s at Lendrum Court in Burton Joyce near Nottingham, which has recently been recommended for approval by Gedling Borough Council.
The company undertook the flood risk and drainage strategy, site investigation, and civil and structural engineering.
Work is expected to commence in Spring to demolish existing sheltered accommodation and create 34 one or two-bedroom new apartments.
The project is being carried out by Jigsaw Group, which Gedling Homes is a part of, with the design undertaken by architects Halsall Lloyd Partnership.
