Work is well under way on a McCarthy & Stone retirement living development in Loughborough Road, Quorn, where BSP Consulting was appointed as civil and structural engineer.
The Farnham House scheme will feature 27 one-bedroom and 21 two-bedroom apartments, with neighbouring Mill Gardens featuring three one-bedroom bungalows and nine two-bedroom bungalows, all decorated in a modern, contemporary design.
The scheme is in an exclusive gated community and is one of several McCarthy & Stone schemes that BSP has worked on.
