Celebrating Chesterfield

We spent an inspiring morning at the Celebrate Chesterfield Business Conference and Expo 2026 at the Winding Wheel Theatre in March. On a stand close to Stepnell Staveley Town Deal, Chesterfield Borough Council and Destination Chesterfield it was great to hear about the aspirations for Chesterfield to become a cultural destination and how the Staveley relief Road corridor will bring 3,500 homes to the area.

Chesterfield is set to receive almost £20 million of investment through the Government’s Pride in Place programme, designed to help communities shape their own future and improve the places they live.
