Two volunteers from BSP Consulting joined construction company Wates at the organisation’s community week in Nottingham.
Structural technician Danny Doherty, pictured, and graduate structural engineer Kamlesh Fatania got stuck into the Wates Community Week, which this year focused on helping Silverdale Community Centre.
The centre serves a range of ages and was nominated by Nottingham City Council.
Over the course of the week, Wates employees and their associates – including the two volunteers from BSP – carried out work to significantly upgrade, extend and refurbish the external areas of the centre and the children’s playground.
