BSP apprentice Josh Plumridge has been shortlisted in the Building Communities Awards 2023.
Josh, who joined BSP in 2020 as an apprentice structural engineer, is one of four finalists in the Apprentice of the Year category of the awards.
BSP MD Carl Hilton said: “We are delighted that Josh has been shortlisted in the Building Communities Awards. He is exceeding expectations in his professional development as a structural engineer and has outstanding academic results. He is a very valued member of the BSP Consulting team, and being shortlisted in these awards is well deserved.

Josh is in his third year of a four-year Civil Engineering Degree at the University of Derby, attending one day a week and studying on the job and in his spare time. He works with the company’s Nottingham structures team.
The Building Communities Awards are hosted by procurement consortium, EEM Ltd, to recognise and celebrate professionalism, excellence and innovation within the housing and construction community. The final of the award ceremony takes place on 3rd March 2023 at Athena in Leicester.
