Planning experts at BSP helped to overturn planning refusal on behalf of Keigar Homes Ltd, paving the way for a development of 21 homes. North Lincolnshire Council initially refused to grant planning permission for the site on the grounds that it would represent over-development and exacerbate congestion and the flow of traffic. This was despite no objection from the highway authority.
BSP director Mark Rayers attended the appeal as a highways expert, on behalf of Keigar Homes Ltd. The inspector allowed the appeal, granted planning permission and also awarded costs against the council.
