We are obviously delighted that the planning committee unanimously voted in favour of our proposal to build 60 new homes in WestonAlan Finch,
Managing director, Seagate Homes
A residential scheme for up to 66 homes in a Lincolnshire village has been given the go-ahead. BSP produced a site access design, Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, Flood Risk Assessment/Drainage Strategy and Environmental Noise Assessment to accompany the planning application for the Caulton’s Field site near Littleworth Drove, Deeping St Nicholas.
South Holland District Council planning committee members gave consent in principle for the two to four-bedroom homes.
BSP’s client was Grace Machin Planning and Property, who worked on behalf of the landowner to gain planning permission for the scheme. The development was consciously designed to suit its village location, with generous areas of open space and a housing mix to provide a diverse range of accommodation, from one-bedroomed through to four-bedroomed houses.
Weston is a popular village and its proximity to Spalding and the A16 will provide an extremely attractive place to live.
