A scheme to regenerate a Nottinghamshire town centre has begun – with BSP providing engineering services for the development.
A new multiservice centre housing a GP surgery, police, a library and a council contact point is being built as part of the project in Cotgrave.
BSP is civil, structural and transport engineer for the regeneration scheme, which will also improve the shops in the area and convert flats above the shops into a new business centre.
Car parking improvements and a new access road are also being developed as part of the project. Work began on site in February and is expected to be completed by late 2018.
The work that BSP is involved in is a partnership between Rushcliffe Borough Council and Belvoir Health Group.
