Plans have been approved for new apartments on a brownfield riverside site in Nottingham.
BSP Consulting drafted the flood risk assessment and the transport plan for the scheme and the company has now been appointed as engineer on the development once it is underway.
The project by developer Gilbert & Hall at Riverside Way will create 42 one and two-bedroom apartments on the site of the former Eagle Press building.
These are to be constructed as two separate apartment wings at three and four storeys in height linked by a triple height glazed atrium.
Project architect is Rayner Davies.
