Delivered by a partnership between developer Kier Partnership Homes, Derby City
Council, the Homes and Communities Agency and Nottingham Community Housing
Association.

The final phase of the £100m Manor Kingsway Development in Derby is now under

providing civil and structural engineering services at the site.
