Center Parcs is a high-profile client and we are delighted to be playing a role in its latest villageCarl Hilton,
Structural Director, BSP Consulting
BSP played a role in the development of Center Parcs at Woburn Forest. We have been involved in the construction of several buildings including the arrivals lodge, the first building to greet visitors to the site.
BSP has been part of the team building the cycle centre, archery and laser clay facilities, together with the buildings for technical services such as housekeeping and ground services.
The holiday village features 625 lodges across a 365-acre site, as well as a range of leisure and retail buildings and facilities, including a 75-bedroom hotel and spa with six associated spa suites. It also includes sports and leisure facilities and a lake.
Built in woodland on the outskirts of Flintwick and Ampthill, it opened to guests in 2014.
BSP has previously worked on Center Parcs Sherwood Forest – designing the structural frame and transfer slab for tree houses at the holiday park in Nottinghamshire.
