BSP Consulting was the civil and structural engineer on a new Local Centre completed near Corby in Northamptonshire.
The scheme, at Weldon Park, features a Sainsbury’s Local, Esquires coffee shop, Rumbles Fish & Chip shop and barbers Golden Scissors.
Delivered by LSP Developments and built by Keller Construction, the project is part of a new Persimmon Homes housing development to the south east of the village of Weldon, being built off Airfield Way.
BSP engineers undertook the flood risk assessment and drainage strategy, as well as handling detailed civil and structural engineering design works and also ground investigation works for the Local Centre.
