BSP Consulting is undertaking its latest role in the expansion project being carried out at the headquarters of HR and payroll software experts MHR.
The company is civil and structural engineer for a new £4.5 million multi-storey car park being built over four floors at MHR’s base at Ruddington Fields Business Park, near Nottingham.
The facility is being created on the site of the company’s existing ground-level car park and will have space for an extra 190 cars on the site. It will have a solar panel roof which will power internal lighting and charging points for electric vehicles.
The car park is being built by Stepnell. Architects and construction consultants YMD Boon are also part of the team.
It is the latest project involving BSP at the site – the company was civil and structural engineer on MHR’s new build Wellington House and is currently involved in the renovation and refurbishment of MHR’s Britannia House.
