BSP Consulting is part of the team building a new £30m housing development in Bramcote, Nottingham.
Peter James Homes received planning permission for the construction of 169 new homes in February following approval of the plans originally laid down more than ten years ago.
The development will include 51 affordable homes and 118 two to five-bed private dwellings.
BSP Consulting has undertaken civil, structural and transportation engineering services at the site off Coventry Lane for long-standing client Peter James Homes.
BSP Consulting associate director Monika Anszperger said: “It is great news that Broxtowe Borough Council has given planning permission for this housing development in Bramcote. Housing styles
Homes on the 22-acre Bramcote site will be built in a carefully selected mixture of styles and materials to ensure the development is aesthetically varied as well as sustainable.
The 51 affordable homes will comprise 34 rented properties and 17 shared-ownership properties. The 118 private dwellings will range from two-bed bungalows to five-bed family homes.

“We hope to be able to start work in the spring and, with an estimated construction rate of 50 to 60 homes a year, the development should be completed within three years. It will hopefully bring a real boost to the area.”
Peter James Homes recently completed 34 luxury riverside apartments in West Bridgford, where BSP undertook the civil and structural engineering design work.
