Gordon House Restoration project work is expected to be completed soon on the historic building in Nottingham city centre.
BSP Consulting has been part of the team involved in the scheme to renovate Gordon House in Carrington Street.
The company’s role has included surveying, advice on strengthening the structure, adding new shop front glazing restraints and aiding general restoration, such as concrete repair.
Working in partnership with property consultants Bruton Knowles, Rayner Davies Architects designed the works to fully renovate Gordon House restoration project in line with the Townscape Heritage Scheme.
The work has included the rejuvenation of the front of the building and reinstating the fully-glazed windows that were in place in the 1920s when it was an early car showroom.
The ground floor will feature 356 sq m of retail space. Upstairs the office space will continue to be occupied by Bhatia Best Solicitors.
