BSP Consulting was delighted and proud to pass its Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) audit with flying colours – achieving five stars.
Having passed with no major or minor non-compliances, the company is now one of only a few in the rail industry to have achieved five stars at audit.
The RISQS has been developed for the UK rail industry to provide a fair, open and transparent third party qualification process.
John Barke, managing director of FPA Consulting, the Derby-based firm that supported BSP with compliance procedures and at the audit, said: “There are not many companies who are passing RISQS with five stars. To do this you needed to have passed your RISQS audit last year with no issues and so were awarded four stars. If you manage this again in the second year then you move to five stars. Not easy to achieve for any business. So well done.”
