BSP Consulting is thrilled to see that three projects the company has been involved in have been named as finalists in the prestigious East Midlands Property Dinner Awards.
Student accommodation scheme Ten Traffic Street in Nottingham has been shortlisted in the Design Excellence Award sponsored by Willmott Dixon. Other members of the team include Jensco Nottingham, CPMG Architects, Couch Perry Wilkes, Area, and Planning and Design Group.
CPMG Architects’ headquarters in St Peter’s Gate, Nottingham, is a finalist in the Sustainable Development of the Year Award, sponsored by ADC Infrastructure. Other members of the team include CPMG Architects and CPW/Chord Consult.
And the Lincolnshire SEND Schools Programme, which involved work on a number of special schools in Lincolnshire, has been shortlisted in the Construction Project of the Year Award. Other members of the team include Lincolnshire County Council, Willmott Dixon, Kier Design and Building Services.

The awards are now in their 23rd year and celebrate the region’s property sector.
The winners will be announced at the East Midlands Property Dinner on 7th September at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
