A scheme involving BSP Consulting has been named a finalist in this year’s East Midlands fbe Awards.
Hollygate Park at Cotgrave in Nottinghamshire has been shortlisted in the Regeneration category of the awards, which recognise and reward the teams behind some of the best construction projects in the region.
BSP is civil, traffic and transportation engineering for the project being built by developers David Wilson Homes East Midlands and Barratt Homes North Midlands on the site of the former Cotgrave Colliery.
The first section of phase one of a total of around 450 homes being built has just been completed.
The finals of the awards, which are expected to attract more than 120 professionals from the construction, development and property sector in the region, take place on 6th October at the City Rooms in Leicester.
