Great news! Two schemes that BSP Consulting was involved in have been shortlisted as finalists in the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2018.
BSP and Jessops Construction jointly nominated a two-phase development which has breathed new life into both the sporting facilities and the retail facilities of Skegness. It involved creating a new home for Skegness Town Football Club, Skegness Sports Association, Skegness Rugby Club and Skegness Imps FC, as well as providing an Aldi, Marks & Spencer, B&M Home Store, and Pets at Home – enhancing the shopping, community and sporting facilities of the Lincolnshire town.
The scheme has been named as a finalist in the Development Project (over £5m) of the Year 2018 category.
In addition, BSP also provided the engineering services for a rural housing exception scheme at High Street, Brant Broughton in Lincolnshire, which has been selected as a finalist in the Residential Development of the Year category. It was nominated by GEDA.
“It’s always an honour when a scheme that BSP Consulting has been involved in is named on the shortlist for an award, and we are doubly delighted that two of our projects have been chosen as finalists in the Greater Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2018,” said BSP Consulting business development director Jef Todd. “Good luck to all our partners, and to all the finalists.”
The winners of the awards will be announced at a ceremony on 6th February 2018.
