BSP Consulting is the civil and structural engineer on a project to revamp an industrial site at Daniels Way Hucknall in Nottinghamshire.
The Daniels Way Hucknall Nottinghamshire scheme involves renovating an existing unit of 561m² to include 140m² of office space and adding a 441m² new extension.
Work is being carried out on site by Pure Construction for Rotherhill Developments and is due to be completed at the end of 2020.
BSP has undertaken the structural engineering of both the refurbishment and the new build elements of the scheme, along with civils work which included the redesign of the drainage to reduce surface water discharge rates from the site.
Other members of the team include SGP Architects and Benchmark Property.
Around 50 jobs could be created following the revamp of the Hucknall industrial site.
