BSP was the structural, civil and geotechnical engineer for the project at Canford Cliffs in Dorset – close to Sandbanks and Poole.
Built in four blocks by developer Shape Real Estate, Crosstrees is situated on a steeply sloping site next to Parkstone Golf Club and offering amazing and expansive views. Each of the four buildings contains nine spacious open-plan apartments with private balconies or terraces. Two penthouse apartments feature on the top floors of each building. Property prices range from £450,000 to £1,895,000.
The development features contiguous piled retaining structures for the undercroft carparks and has been built on challenging topography of differing levels, and in amongst protected trees.
