BSP Consulting has been appointed as structural and civil engineer for a development of four apartment blocks being built overlooking Poole Harbour.
The sloping site, which is next to Parkstone Golf Club in the heart of the exclusive area of Canford Cliffs, previously housed four residential homes.
Now a joint venture scheme between Boultbee LDN and Shape Commercial is creating 35 luxury apartments on the site, which is between Poole and Bournemouth, and close to the internationally well-known Sandbanks area.
The development will feature underground car parks, reinforced concrete retaining structures and steel frame superstructure. Engineers based in the Leicester office of BSP have been involved in site investigations and are currently undertaking the full design and detailing of the project.
Architect is Nottingham-based Marchini Curran Associates.
