Work has just got underway on a project to build the first phase of 41 new office units near Robin Hood Airport, outside Doncaster.
Fountain Court is part financed by the European Union and has attracted £1.5 million from the European Regional Development Fund as part of Europe’s support for the region’s economic development through the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF programme 2007-13.
BSP is civil and structural engineer for the scheme to create sustainable work eco-pods on the site, which was former Ministry of Defence land used by RAF Finningley.
The project for Workpods Ltd is being completed by Henry Boot Construction, and the first phase of the business park project is due for completion in May 2015.
The £10 million scheme is being developed in two phases and is expected to create more than 100 new jobs when complete.
