A scheme involving BSP Consulting took the Project of the Year Award at the EEM Building Communities Awards 2019.
Newark and Sherwood Homes’ extra-care development, Gladstone House, received the accolade at the ceremony held at Athena in Leicester.
The project was also runner-up in the Social Housing New Build category.
BSP Consulting provided civil, structural and geotechnical engineering services for the £8m extra-care facility in Newark, which was completed last year.
