As International Women’s Day is marked around the world, BSP Consulting is turning the spotlight on some of the brilliant women we have working as part of our team.
Women are under-represented within the construction sector generally, but BSP is proud to have a higher than average proportion of females on its payroll when compared to many in the sector.
Around 20% of our staff are women, and they include chartered structural engineers and chartered civil engineers.
We have women working across the civil, structural and transport disciplines, as well as in other professional and supporting roles.
International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women. This year’s theme is ‘pledge for parity’.
