BSP affordable homes project, planning permission has been granted for a scheme of 32 affordable homes being built by emh group.
The development is on brownfield land at Warwick Road, Littlethorpe, which was previously the site of Blaby District Council’s Neighbourhood Services depot before it relocated to Whetstone in 2016.
A mix of rented and shared ownership housing, the scheme includes 15 two-bed and 13 three-bed properties, as well as four bungalows.
BSP undertook the flood risk assessment and transport assessment for the development.
Other members of the team include YMD Boon, Keary Design Associates and John Lester Partnership.
