BSP Consulting is delighted to hear of an award shortlisting for Castleward – the long-term regeneration scheme in Derby.
BSP has been involved in the development since concept.
The £100m regeneration of the Castleward area is being delivered in a number of phases over 15-20 years.
Once completed, it will provide 800 new homes, 35,000 sq ft of commercial retail space, new public realm and a new primary school
In May last year, planning permission was granted for the fourth phase.
Award
Now Castleward has been named as a finalist in the Regeneration and Restoration Project of the Year Award at the 24th East Midlands Property Dinner Awards.

The final of the East Midlands Property Dinner Awards takes place on 5th September 2024 at East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.
